We do not collect any unique information about you via our website – such as your name, email address, contact details, etc – except when you specifically provide it – i.e. via newsletter subscription, creating user accounts, contact forms, email contact, etc.

We do collect and hold data when you create an account, register to receive our email newsletter, or submit other online sign-up forms on our website or contact us via email. In addition to holding your details for internal record keeping and customer communications, with your explicit permission we may send you news, content and business information we think relevant to you, namely:

How Long do we keep your data?

Your booking data is kept on the booking system, for a period of 7 years.

Where customers have opted in for marketing emails, your data will be kept longer. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each email, or by contacting me.

Downtown FL Travel LLC recognizes that your personal data belongs to you, and we don’t wish to use it in ways that you don’t want us to. Guests with reservations will be automatically subscribed. Visitors without reservations can subscribe on our website. Once subscribed to any marketing emails you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email. Marketing emails are only sent occasionally.

In addition, we automatically receive and record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.
